What is Spotted Spurge?

Spotted Spurge is a summer annual with a prostrate, mat forming and creeping growth habit. It has small oval leaves with a reddish spot in the centre and jagged margins. Leaves are arranged evenly along the long creeping stems which are dark brown to purple in colour. Flowers are yellow-green and cup like up to 1mm wide and are produced throughout summer. Spotted spurge is propagated by seed.
