Yes, you may checkout as a guest if you do not wish to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account so you can:

Can I place an order for Click & Collect from one of your warehouses?
Yes, we offer Click & Collect at our warehouses nationwide. Simply select Click & Collect as your delivery option when ordering online, and then nominate which of our warehouses you would like to pick-up your order from. Are all Nuturf products available for purchase online?
At Nuturf, we carry a wide range of turf management products. We have made our most popular products available to buy online as we can ensure we have ample stock and can get them to you quickly.
At times, you may find some products that are not available for purchase on our website. If you are looking for a specific product that is not listed online, please contact us at [email protected] or call 1800 244 300 for assistance.
How long does it take to process and dispatch my order?
Our team will do their best to dispatch your order as soon as possible and it will usually take between 3-7 business days to process the order. Please note that these lead times can be affected by periods of high seasonal demand.
Why can’t I purchase certain chemicals?
Chemicals such as certain insecticides, herbicides and fungicides listed on the Nuturf website are classified as Dangerous Goods. To ensure that these products can be processed and delivered smoothly, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] or 1800 244 300 to purchase these products.
How can I purchase equipment and machinery?
To ensure that the equipment and machinery are suitable for your applications, please contact Equipment Solutions at [email protected] or (02) 9827 1311 for more information, to request a quote, or schedule a machine demonstration.
Why can’t you deliver turf seed to Tasmania or Western Australia?
Tasmania and Western Australia have strict regulations to prevent the introduction of foreign pests and diseases that may be carried through seed. If you place an order for items that cannot be supplied to TAS or WA for delivery to these states, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a refund on those items.
Can I place my order over the phone instead of online?
We recommend placing your order online to ensure you receive updates as your order is processed and dispatched with tracking information. However, if you wish to place your order over the phone, you can do so by contacting our Customer Service Team on 1800 244 300.
Can I get my order delivered overseas?
Unfortunately, we do not offer overseas delivery for non-commercial orders. For international wholesale and commercial export arrangements, please contact our team at [email protected]

How do I make changes to an order I already placed?
If you would like to make a change to an order you have already placed, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 1800 244 300. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the contents of the order.
I haven’t received an update about my order.
Our Customer Service Team review each order to ensure that it can be fulfilled without any issues. When your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification by email. Please check your junk folder in the event your notifications have been diverted there. If you have not received any updates to your order within 7 days of placing it, please contact our team at [email protected] or 1800 244 300 for an update.
The items that were delivered are incorrect or damaged. What should I do?
If your order has arrived damaged, or the contents of your delivery do not match your order, please contact our team at [email protected] or on 1800 244 300 for assistance.

How do I register for an account?
To set up a general ordering account for small volume purchases that will be paid for by card, please sign up using the “Join Now” button on our website to enter your email, contact details and password.
Can I set up a business or trading account with Nuturf?
Yes, for any commercial or business-related opportunities, please reach out to [email protected] or 1800 244 300 for further information about setting up a trading account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten the password to log in to your online account, click on the “Forgot Your Password?” link on the login page. This will prompt you to enter the email address you have used to create your account. A verification code will be sent to the email address so you can reset your password. Please check your junk mail in case the verification code has been diverted to that folder.

What are my payment options?
The payment options accepted on the Nuturf website are all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, EFTPOS and JCB.
The payment for my order was charged to Stripe. What does this mean?
Stripe is a secure and trusted payment processor that works with businesses to help accept payments through their websites, apps, and in-store. This is why if you purchase something from the Nuturf website, you may see Stripe listed on your statement, instead of Nuturf.

Where can I find the latest SDS and labels for the products I buy?
The SDS, labels and tech sheets for our products are listed on the detailed page for each product. We do our best to ensure this information is correct and up to date. However, in the event you find an SDS you require is out of date, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
