Groundsman Flexblade Core Collector Attachment for 8120CTM

The Groundsman Flexblade Core Collector Attachment is a patented implement developed by Groundsman Industries to simply and efficiently remove aeration soil from the green.

This attachment is compatible with the Groundsman 8120CTM Tractor Mounted Turf Aerator to allow for coring and collection in one pass.

• Saves many hours of manual work or an extra operation with heavy cumbersome equipment. ]
• The majority of cores enter the collector without touching the ground and the remainder are scooped cleanly from the surface with minimal hole blockage.
• The holes remain open for top-dressing, trampling and surface disruption is minimised and the greens are quicker back in play. 

How it works

• The Rear flap of the aerator is removed and the implement is attached to the machine by two drag links and two lift chains.
• The cores are dumped automatically when the machine is raised.
• The Flexblade is extremely efficient collecting 60% of the cores before they hit the ground, the remainder are scooping cleanly from the ground without smashing or smearing. 
• The cores are dumped automatically when the machine is raised leaving the cores in piles along one or more apron.
• The Flexblade can then be used to gather the row of piles into one collective pile off the green ready for immediate top dressing and keeping them in play.
• This operation will not be hindered by the core piles getting wet or driven over, the flexblade will scoop them cleanly back off the surface.
• Can be used on fairways and football pitches as well as fine turf.
• The collector has the capacity to gather 50 yards of 16mm (5/8″) cores at 75mm (3″) centres and can operate at any forward speed.
