FoliMAX Launcher is a liquid nutrition and biostimulant package formulated specifically to fulfil essential plant requirements during the establishment and grow-in phase. A high phosphorus NPK ratio and the addition of kelp provide the plant with the required building blocks for healthy and vigorous establishment and stress, or injury recovery.

As a key nutritional requirement in establishment and root system development, phosphorous is an essential component of the FoliMAX Launcher formulation. FoliMAX Launcher contains 10% P as phosphite, which provides a sustained supply of phosphorus within the soil as it is converted to plant usable phosphate within the root zone. This avoids luxury consumption of phosphorus which can occur when large volumes of plant available phosphorus are applied. When phosphorous reaches levels of luxury consumption, the availability of important micronutrients such as iron can be compromised within the plant.

Plant establishment and recovery

FoliMAX Launcher is ideal for application to immature turf after planting and during grow-in, as well as for established turf during periods of high plant stress, or recovery from injury due to renovation or pathogens such as nematodes and root diseases.

During the establishment phase the turf seedling has specific nutritional requirements most of which are essential to the development and establishment of a vigorous root system and dense top-growth. Pre-conditioning turf for renovation

Turfgrass response and recovery time after renovation is often a function of plant health prior to renovation. A weak turfgrass plant and poor root system going into renovation will result in a long recovery period post-renovation, extending the time in which a green is out of play. Applications of FoliMAX Launcher in the lead up to a renovation will pre-condition the turfgrass to better cope with the stresses placed upon it. Being dominated by auxins, the kelp component of FoliMAX Launcher has the primary effect of initiating root growth in the turf plant. When applied regularly, this will improve the density and depth of the root system. In addition to this, the contained cytokinins within the kelp has an important role in reducing the effects of heat stress.
