How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order will depend on factors including the number of items purchased, the dispatch warehouse and the delivery location. Based on these factors, it may take between 4 days to 2 weeks to receive your order.
What locations do you deliver to?
Our 3rd party couriers will deliver to most postcodes across Australia. However, due to state biosecurity regulations, we do not ship certain products such as turf seeds to WA and TAS.
Why does the delivery charge vary?
Delivery fees are calculated based on a range of factors including size, weight, and where the items need to be delivered. Large, bulky, or heavy items and orders that need to travel over larger distances, or to regional areas will incur higher freight charges.
Do you offer free shipping?
Due to the nature of many large and bulky products sold by Nuturf, we do not offer free shipping.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details.
Depending on a range of unforeseen factors, our carriers may experience a few day's delay in transit which may affect the delivery journey and timeframe of your order. If you are unsure, keep an eye out on your tracking details or contact the carrier for an update on your delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
No, we do not offer delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers due to the large and bulky nature of our products. If the delivery address you have selected is a PO Box or Parcel Locker, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to organise alternate arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we do not ship or sell small-volume orders outside of Australia. We only fulfil export orders for large commercial accounts such as international golf clubs and sporting facilities.
